By purchasing product on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy. Because our products are for customer hygiene, and because customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging. 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with a picture/video of the damage in order for us to process a new shipment.

We are unable to offer returns/exchanges on orders that have been opened or used.
